How long will my order take?
Every IL MATTO garment is made to order. Production normally takes 3–5 business days. After dispatch, Standard delivery within Australia generally takes a further 7–12 business days. Please allow an estimated total of 10–17 business days from purchase. Delivery times are estimates. For some regional and remote Australian addresses, delivery may take 10–20 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping within Australia is A$11. Free tracked shipping is available for orders of A$100 or more.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking information is supplied after your order has been dispatched.
Where does IL MATTO ship?
IL MATTO currently ships within Australia only.
Are products made to order?
Yes. Each IL MATTO piece is produced to order. Minor differences in colour and print placement may occur between screen displays and the finished garment.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been dispatched.
